What better feeling than a morning run in Winter? I’m all for fasted morning cardio. I love getting up that extra hour earlier to push myself to my limits with a morning run. Fasted cardio is a proven technique to target stubborn fat pockets too. Main areas for women are around the back, hips and inner thigh so if you suffer from shifting those final few pounds, then add fasted cardio to your weekly routine to reap the benefits!
Another day, another crisp white shirt! My wardrobe is literally 50% back, 25% white, 15% grey and then a couple of random bits of colour. But nothing can beat a crisp white shirt, so when I spotted this number online at Zara I went straight to the Trafford Centre to pick it up – store shopping is just more fun sometimes isn’t it…
Brunch club is one of my favourite things to do on a weekend, especially if it means I get to spend time with my nearest and dearest! Now I’ve been hundreds of times for drinks before at Pen & Pencil in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, the vibe is really cool and I love the layout – on a weekend the music is always eclectic which is perfect if you’re out in a big group. But this time things were a little different; I was about to review the bunch menu.
My last look for London Fashion Week – sigh! I had SUCH a good time this season, each event just seems to be getting better and better and I seem to be having more of those *pinch me* moments. Now I know I’ve not got hundreds of thousands of followers, my blog design wasn’t created by some nifty graphic designer and I definitely don’t blog as much as I’d like too but for someone who uses their blog to talk about their style rather than tonnes of sponsored posts, I’m quite happy with everything that’s going on at the moment.
Don't you just love London Fashion Week? It gives you the chance to meet up with all your blogger friends whilst checking out what's to come for the next season. Today I took over the SimplyBe Instagram channel, reporting all the behind the scenes action straight to their IG channel.
I can't believe we have another Fashion Week right around the corner... It seems like only a few weeks ago I was planning SS16 outfits! If there's one thing I'd change about the whole event it would be the dates for sure. When you're trying to buy an outfit for September's shows, you're shopping AW fashion on the high street but the sun will always be out! Then in Feb you're shopping SS and you'll be freezing, so trying to put an outfit together can sometimes be seriously hard!
