Arghh, what I’d do to be back in Copenhagen, strolling through the picturesque streets… A girl can dream can’t she? As mentioned in my Copenhagen Photo Diary post last week, I have literally fallen in love with this city. Not only for the breathtaking architecture but also for the culture – never have I felt so at home in another country.

There’s just something about a revamp I just can’t ignore, it happened with Ellesse and Fila is next to take centre stage… My only question is ‘Who will be next?’

I admit it, I’m one of 'the ones' that no longer turn to magazines for inspiration. I turn to influencers and social media. I buy magazines on the (very) odd occasion but it’s mainly because a print Ad campaign I’ve worked on has featured, not because I want to see the latest trends. But there is one publication I still read online and that’s Stylist.

PLACES TO EAT IN MANCHESTER | JAMIE'S ITALIAN

Ever since I can remember I’ve always been interesting in cooking and learning about food, you've probably seen some of my recipes over on my Fitness Page. I remember when I was younger I’d go shopping with my parents to Sainsbury’s and pick up the ‘Feed Your Family of Four For £5’ cards from the Jamie Oliver campaign, I’d then spend the weekend cooking up tasty treats for the family.
